Principal's Messages

Dear Parents/Guardians,

On behalf of the staff of Cool Spring Elementary, I am happy to welcome you to the 2026-27 school year.  I am looking forward to a productive partnership with you to ensure our children can achieve their highest potential. Our Theme is: Mission Possible: The Path to Excellence.  I personally believe in and take pride in always doing what is best for our students.  I will continue to use this as my guiding principle when making decisions about our school. The focus is and always will be “Is this Right for our Children?”

We recognize that in order to be successful in school, our children need support from both the home and school.  We ask that you guide and support your child’s learning by ensuring that he/she:

• Attends school daily and arrives on time, ready for the day’s learning experience

• Practices the homework assignments given by their teachers

• Reads 15 minutes every night to develop a love for reading and to improve literacy skills

• Shares school experiences with you so that you are aware of his/her school life

• Informs you if he/she needs additional support in any area or subject

• Knows that you expect him/her to be successful in school

I anticipate a most successful year as my team, and I support the academic, social, and emotional growth of all students here at Cool Spring Elementary School.  As the Principal, my door is always open and I welcome your input.  “A Great Team Can Do a Lot Together.”  Please feel free to stop in or call to make an appointment to discuss any concerns, suggestions, or ideas to help make this the best year ever.
